Welcome - I'm so glad you're here.
I’m Dr. Liana Preudhomme, a licensed clinical psychologist and the founder of Cape Clarity Integrative Psychology in Cape Coral, Florida. I know that starting therapy can feel both empowering and intimidating. That's why together, we will develop a plan and approach that feels and more importantly, works best, for you.
My Approach to Therapy
At Cape Clarity, I provide evidence-based psychotherapy and psychological assessment tailored to your unique emotional and behavioral needs. My integrative approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing, among other trusted modalities. Together, we will determine what works best for you.
You’ve already taken a meaningful step toward a more balanced and fulfilling life just by being here. Let’s take the next one together.
Who I Work With
I specialize in supporting individuals navigating:
- Anxiety and overthinking
- Depression and mood disorders
- Trauma and PTSD
- Sleep difficulties
- Major life transitions
- Chronic illness and pain
- Veterans adjusting to civilian life
These aren’t just clinical categories — they’re real, complex life experiences. I am inspired by the resilience and uniqueness of each person I meet, and I feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they gain clarity in their paths toward healing and growth.
Why Personalized Therapy Matters
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. My goal as a provider is to provide treatment that acknowledges and accounts for the unique need of each individual that I work with. We will work together to identify your strengths and create a pathway towards healing, growth, and achieving your goals. That’s why I offer:
- Tailored treatment plans
- Flexible scheduling options
- In-person therapy in Cape Coral or secure Telehealth sessions
What to Expect When Starting Therapy
At Cape Clarity, transparency and collaboration are at the heart of the therapeutic process—from the very first step. Here's what the beginning of our work together will look like:
- Initial Consultation (90 minutes) - We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, your goals, and whether this feels like the right fit.
- Collaborative Planning - Based on your priorities, we’ll design a personalized plan with your voice at the center.
- Ongoing Support - Through regular sessions (in-person or online), we’ll adapt your plan as you grow and make progress.
